SKY HOTEL PRAGUE Recenze

1. My plane was delayed and I wrote the hotel staff before take-off informing them of my new arrival time. They answered promptly assuring me that they were aware of the situation. Yet, once I arrived at the airport nobody showed up. I wound up taking a cab. Later, I mentioned the incident to staff and they said that it would have been enough to mention my name and show my reservation to a cab-driver and they would have given me a free ride. Maybe it would have helped to explain that earlier. Luckily, I had saved a receipt from the cab and was reimbursed. 2. No hot water when I tried to shower at night. 3. Each room has a water-cooker, but they only have fruit teas no coffee or black tea. 3. There was old make-up on my towel. I don't use make-up, so that was a bit gross, but they provided enough towels so that I could use a new one. Overall, my stay was good especially given the price.

Your staff told me that in a month there will be breakfast and that was the only thing that wasnt perfect.
